WINEMAKER’S NOTES 
Brilliant white gold in complexion with a finite bead, ‘you go first’ into a fragrant spectrum of Granny Smith apple, sweet alyssum flowers, Meyer lemon, lemongrass, white guava, and toasted brioche. Fresh and crisp at the forefront, it later reveals essences of blanched almond, macadamia and peanut brittle framed within a super velvety mousse. A fleshy core of honeydew and Gravenstein apple emerge with a racy spine of acidity to keep things in check and finely sculpted, leading to a satiating finish of lemon meringue.
