The palate taps into another dimension: massive, relentless, shocking, girthy, sinister, truly unique. Notes of sweet blueberry pie, braised beef stew and Vietnamese coffee transport you to 2pm under the sweltering Death Valley sun encased in an imploding black hole of tannin.
